So today I hung out with Erica and Anna around Chinatown/Soho. Originally we went out to go to sample sales but we ended up browsing random places and eventually Housing Works. I was browsing through a basket of CDs and found Cobra Starship’s Nightshades marked at 2 bucks. So I searched on and found this CD with the most hipster cover art I have ever seen. It was for the indie band Scattered Trees’ Sympathy. I decided to give it a try cause it was cheap. I was glad I didn’t waste 2 bucks because they’re not bad.
And finally I found Nirvana’s live album, From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah for five bucks(Actually Anna found it, thanks!). It has “Smells Like Teen Spirit” and my favorite from them, “Lithium” among the other 15 tracks.
So yeah now I’m listening to them. Cool story bro.
